## Hours, Rates & Emergencies

- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM — standard rates.
- Confirmed 5 PM or 6 PM appointments — standard rates.
- Unscheduled after 5 PM weekdays and anytime weekends — quoted before dispatch.
- Diagnostic: non-member $89, Checkmate Comfort $39, King's Shield and Queen's Guard none. If a repair follows, the diagnostic goes toward the work.

## Residential Membership

- Residential homeowners only. Commercial is quoted per job.
- **Checkmate Comfort** — $14/month. HVAC. Two seasonal tune-ups, priority scheduling subject to availability, $39 diagnostic, 10% off repairs.
- **King's Shield** — $20/month. Two bundled seasonal visits covering HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Diagnostic none.
- **Queen's Guard** — $29/month. Never Royal Guard. King's Shield plus one extra visit per year and $100 HVAC install credit after each 12 paid months, accumulates to $500, not cash.
- There is no $200 founding year and no founding pilot on this site. Do not invent one.
- Yearly card totals are not set.
