Privacy Notice

Effective July 19, 2026 · Notice version ks-intake-consent-v1

Plain-language summary: We use the details you choose to provide to respond to your service request, operate the customer relationship, and keep the experience safe. AI may assist with intake or chat, but it does not confirm an appointment or replace a technician.

Information you provide

A service request may include your name, phone number, optional email, service address, requested service and timing, notes, emergency status, and an optional issue photo. Chat may include the questions you choose to share and technical session information needed to operate the feature.

Bounded referral tags and advertising click identifiers may be held only for this browser session and attached when you choose to submit a service request. KnightStone does not save the raw page address or raw query string in the request, and obvious contact information placed in a referral tag is rejected.

How we use it

Website analytics choice

Website analytics are separate from the service-request and AI acknowledgments. Google Analytics is not loaded until you select “Allow analytics.” When enabled, KnightStone sends only approved page and interaction categories. It does not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, form notes, photos, chat content, booking identifiers, or CRM identifiers.

Contact and AI-assisted intake

The service-request checkbox authorizes KnightStone to call or text you about that request and acknowledges that AI may assist with intake. It is not consent to unrelated promotional messages. The chat tool requires a separate acknowledgment before a message is processed. You can always use the phone number instead.

Service providers and sharing

KnightStone may use contracted hosting, communications, database, analytics, and AI service providers to operate these features. They receive only the information needed for that function. We do not sell service-request information. We may disclose information when required for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or the delivery of your requested service.

Photos and chat

Only upload a photo you are comfortable sharing for service intake. Avoid faces, documents, payment information, medical information, or anything unrelated to the service issue. Do not share passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal records in chat.

Retention and choices

Records are kept only as reasonably needed for service, safety, accounting, legal, and operational purposes. You may ask about access, correction, or deletion by contacting KnightStone. Some information may need to be retained when law, safety, an active service request, or legitimate recordkeeping requires it.

Emergencies and service area

Online and AI tools are not emergency services. For gas odor, fire, carbon-monoxide alarms, electrical arcing, severe flooding, or immediate danger, move to safety and contact the appropriate emergency service or utility. KnightStone’s form identifies known service areas and routes uncertain locations for human verification; it does not promise service outside the listed area.
