What does a diagnostic cost?
The diagnostic fee is $89 for non-members, $39 for Checkmate members and free for King's Shield members.
Can you help while the system is being repaired?
KnightStone keeps two portable cooling units for qualifying HVAC work. Availability must be confirmed by phone.
Do evenings always cost extra?
No. A confirmed 5 or 6 PM appointment is at the normal appointment rate. Unscheduled after-hours emergencies use an after-hours rate quoted before dispatch.
Is an online request an appointment?
No. The request gives the team the details needed to respond. A KnightStone person must confirm availability and the appointment.
Emergency boundary: if water, electrical danger, smoke, gas odor or another immediate safety risk is present, use the appropriate emergency service. The website and chat do not replace emergency responders.
