01 / HVAC

Checkmate Comfort

Seasonal heating and cooling care for the house that needs the tune-ups, not the full bundle.

$14/month

  1. Two seasonal HVAC tune-ups each year. Heating and cooling only. The visits are planned before the season starts.
  2. Priority for open visit times. Subject to availability. Planned work still gets scheduled first.
  3. $39 diagnostic when something fails. Without a plan the look fee is $89. If a repair follows, that $39 goes toward the work.
  4. 10% off HVAC repairs. Parts and labor are quoted on site before work starts.
  5. Home care plan. Checkmate is for homes. Business sites are priced on their own.
  6. Veterans get 15% off. Mention it with the request or when the technician arrives.

02 / Whole home

King’s Shield

The whole-home membership. Two bundled seasonal visits across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, with no diagnostic fee.

$20/month

  1. Two bundled seasonal visits each year. One shop covers heating and cooling, plumbing, and electrical on those visits.
  2. No diagnostic fee. Without a plan the look is $89. On King’s Shield it is none. If a repair follows, we quote parts and labor before work starts.
  3. HVAC, plumbing, and electrical together. The same team that does the seasonal visit handles the trades in the house.

  5. Home care plan. King’s Shield is for homes. Commercial work is quoted separately.
  6. Veterans get 15% off. Mention it with the request or when the technician arrives.

03 / Elevated

Queen’s Guard

Everything in King’s Shield, plus one more planned visit each year and an HVAC install credit that builds while you stay on the plan.

$29/month

  1. Everything in King’s Shield. Two bundled seasonal visits covering HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. No diagnostic fee.
  2. One more planned care visit each year. That is three planned visits on Queen’s Guard, not two.
  3. $100 HVAC install credit after each 12 paid months. The credit is for installing a new heating or cooling system.
  4. Credit accumulates to $500. It is not cash. It does not pay for other work.
  5. Same look-fee rule as King’s Shield. Members pay none for the diagnostic. Non-members pay $89.
  6. Home care plan. Queen’s Guard is for homes. Veterans get 15% off. Mention it with the request or when the technician arrives.
