Checkmate Comfort is the seasonal HVAC plan. It covers the two visits that keep a system tuned before summer and before winter, and it changes what a diagnostic visit costs when something does go wrong.

How the plan works for heating and cooling
Membership does not change how the work is done. It changes how often a technician looks at the system, what a diagnostic visit costs and where you sit in the schedule.
A cheaper diagnostic
The diagnostic fee is $89 for non-members and $39 for Checkmate members, and members get 10% off repairs. That lowers the cost of asking a technician to look at a noise or a weak vent early.
Priority scheduling
Members get priority scheduling, subject to availability. On the hottest and coldest weeks of the year, that is the benefit most members notice.

Does maintenance prevent a breakdown?
No. Maintenance helps reduce the risk of breakdowns. It cannot prevent every failure, and the plan is written that way on purpose.
What does the tune-up actually check?
Seasonal HVAC tune-ups are part of the plan. We do not publish a task-by-task checklist. No unlimited repairs or replacement coverage is promised.
What if my home has two systems?
Equipment and property eligibility need review. Additional systems may cost extra; the final scope and price must be confirmed before enrollment.
Is there a bigger HVAC plan?
Queen’s Guard is $29/month: everything in King’s Shield, one additional scheduled maintenance visit per year, and a $100 HVAC installation credit after each 12 paid months, accumulating to $500. The credit is not cash, and repairs, materials and credit conditions are defined separately. A request does not enroll or charge.
